Michelle is a Personal Trainer & Life Coach specialising in working with women to embrace, sculpt and shape both body and mind. Having worked previously in the fashion industry for over 10 years, Michelle noticed how many women had an unhealthy relationship with themselves, diet and exercise, including herself at times. After having her daughter 5 years ago Michelle decided to retrain as a Personal Trainer and Life Coach as she wanted to be a role model to her daughter and have a balanced approach to life.
